    1. Presentation of the platform

    The VITAM CARE platform (hereinafter ‘the Platform’) is published by:

    2. Purpose

    The purpose of these General Terms of Use (hereinafter ‘GTU’) is to define the terms and conditions of use of the VITAM CARE Platform and the rights and obligations of the parties in that context.

    Use of the Platform implies the User's full and complete acceptance of these GTU.

    3. Definitions

    • User: Any healthcare professional who is registered and uses the Platform.
    • Healthcare professional: Doctor, nurse, pharmacist, physiotherapist, psychologist or any other professional practising a regulated healthcare profession in the European Union.
    • Account: Secure personal space created by the User on the Platform.
    • Services: All the features offered by the Platform.
    • Content: Any data, information, documents or files transmitted or generated via the Platform.

    4. Access to the platform

    Conditions of access

    Access to the Platform is reserved exclusively for healthcare professionals who can provide evidence of:

    • A professional qualification recognised in the European Union
    • A registration number with the professional body or equivalent (if applicable)
    • The legal capacity to enter into contracts

    Access is strictly prohibited for minors (persons under 18 years of age).

    Registration and account creation

    To access the Services, the User must create an Account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

    The User undertakes to:

    • Provide truthful and up-to-date information
    • Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
    • Inform VITAM CARE immediately of any unauthorised use of their Account
    • Refrain from assigning, transferring or sharing their Account

    5. Description of the services

    The VITAM CARE Platform offers the following services:

    • User account management
    • Online payment services
    • Artificial intelligence

    Important: the responses generated by the AI are provided for assistance purposes only.

    6. Financial terms

    The prices of the Services are shown on the Platform in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (incl. VAT).

    Payments are secured via Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
