    All elements of the Platform (trade marks, logos, texts, interfaces, databases, software) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of VITAM CARE SRL.

    Any reproduction, representation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

    3. Liability

    VITAM CARE makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the Platform, without guaranteeing that it is free from errors or omissions. The information provided in no way replaces the professional judgement of the healthcare professional.

    The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

    5. Governing law and jurisdiction

    This legal notice is governed by Belgian law.

    In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels (Belgium) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
