    Identification and professional data (name, email, pharmacy, registration number), connection and usage data, as well as data submitted through our forms (contact, newsletter, access requests).

    Provision of the services (performance of the contract), communication and newsletter (consent), improvement of the platform and security (legitimate interest), accounting and legal obligations (legal obligation).

    5. Recipients of the data

    Your data is accessible to the VITAM CARE team and to our technical processors (hosting, sending of emails, payment), who are bound by data processing agreements.

    6. Data transfers outside the EU

    Our infrastructure is hosted in the European Union. Any transfer outside the EU that may take place is governed by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

    7. Retention period

    Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes pursued, and then archived or deleted in accordance with the applicable statutory periods.
